Mr. Vaillancourt has more than 25 years of operational, financial, and strategic experience in industrial, environmental and energy innovation and infrastructure development. Throughout his career, Mr. Vaillancourt has led in excess of USD 2 billion of debt and equity financings as well as M&A activities and has helped commercialize 15 environmental technologies working closely with large strategic companies and private equity firms in the energy and industrial sectors. Mr. Vaillancourt currently serves as the CEO and Director of Cyclyx International and has done so since its inception in January 2021. Prior to this role, Mr. Vaillancourt served as the CEO and Director of Agilyx since 15 March 2017.</br></br>

Prior to Agilyx and Cyclyx, Mr. Vaillancourt spent 15 years at Waste Management where he was one of the founding members of the corporate venturing group responsible for developing new and innovative growth platforms in the environmental, sustainability, solid waste, recycling, energy and cleantech sectors. Mr. Vaillancourt has also held various roles in founding more than 10 companies in a diverse set of industries.</br></br>

Mr. Vaillancourt holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Mr. Vaillancourt is an external advisory board member of the Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and has held Director positions in over 15 companies.

Mr. Brown is the Chief Financial Officer for Cyclyx. He brings 25 years of financial experience in the public accounting and natural gas transmission industries, with deep expertise in international corporate and partnership entities.</br></br>  

Mr. Brown joined Cyclyx as an experienced executive with expertise in the oversight of diversely structured companies, with particular emphasis in implementing robust financial strategies, including recently when he served as President and Director of the general partner of TC PipeLines LP (an NYSE-listed Master Limited Partnership) from 2018 until its acquisition in 2021.</br></br>

Mr. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Cooper is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development of Cyclyx. Mr. Cooper brings over 25 years of senior executive, investment banking and consulting experience working with growth companies. He has raised over $6 billion in financings and worked on over $2 billion in merger and acquisition transactions.</br></br>

Before joining Cyclyx, Mr. Cooper served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development at Agilyx. Prior to that, he headed the Advanced Fuels, Chemicals and Materials practice at Wedbush Securities as part of its Industrial Growth Technology Group. Mr. Cooper also spent a considerable amount of time working with waste-to-value and energy efficiency companies. He began banking in New York City with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) where he worked in the Investment Banking and Merchant Banking groups. Mr. Cooper also helped grow and run investment banking groups at ABN AMRO, Seven Hills Partners, and W.R. Hambrecht + Co.</br></br>

Mr. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Harvard University.

Mr. Durbin is Senior Vice President of Digital Asset Strategy and Technical Services with Cyclyx. Mr. Durbin brings 15 years of experience in project management, construction, environmental remediation, post-use plastics recovery, and advanced recycling.</br></br>

Mr. Durbin joined Cyclyx from Agilyx and Regenyx, where he held management positions overseeing corporate EHS requirements, operationalizing sustainability best practices, developing supply chains for post-use plastic feedstock, and management of production of circular styrene monomer from of a commercial-scale advanced recycling facility. Prior to his roles with Agilyx and Regenyx, Mr. Durbin held managerial positions with the National Park Service and environmental remediation firms in the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on EHS, sustainability, and construction oversight.</br></br>

Mr. Durbin holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science, and a Master of Public Health in Environmental & Occupational Health from Oregon State University.

Mr. Ledbetter is Vice President of Feedstock Sourcing at Cyclyx. Mr. Ledbetter has 13 years of comprehensive experience in diverse production environments, including advanced recycling, chemical manufacturing, and petrochemical production.</br></br>

Prior to joining Cyclyx, Mr. Ledbetter worked as the Assistant Plant Manager of Agilyx’s commercial Mixed Plastics recycling plant. He moved to manage Agilyx’s Mixed Plastics plant in Tigard and worked closely with the design, construction, and implementation of the conversion of the Tigard plant to polystyrene. He then managed the polystyrene plant as Director of Plant Operations. Mr. Ledbetter was a main contributor in the development of OpEx for the next generation of the Agilyx technology and set the direction for operating processes, policies, and procedures.</br></br>

Ms. Emmott is the Vice President of Marketing & Communications with Cyclyx. She has an extensive career spanning over 20 years, with a continued and exemplary focus on marketing, program management, paid media, and customized promotional campaigns. Her experience spans diverse industries, including journalism, broadcast radio, print journalism, talent management, and waste management.</br></br>

Ms. Emmott, a true self-starter, has consistently embraced challenges and set high expectations for herself. Her journey began in print publications as a teenager, and she quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest Advertising Director at the company in her early 20s. In this role, she managed all aspects of the advertising business, demonstrating her exceptional skills in revenue management, promotions, branding, and acquisitions of weekly publications for added value and increased awareness & circulation.</br></br>

Throughout her career, Ms. Emmott has consistently progressed, holding various positions at Waste Management's (WM) corporate headquarters, including Sr. Marketing Manager and Project Manager. For over a decade here, she underscored her adaptability as she and her team built a new consumer-facing business line for WM. In this position, she managed a multi-million-dollar budget and developed predictive modeling analysis.</br></br>

Before her time at WM, she led as General Manager for nationally syndicated radio stations and continued to make an impact in broadcast by managing multiple departments in sales, marketing, promotions, and on-air talent & programming.</br></br>

Now, Cyclyx and its mission brand 10to90 offer the perfect home to her paired experience in marketing and program management.</br></br>

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rhode Island College. She earned her degree as an active military member, serving as a reservist for ten years. During her tenure, she received awards for Outstanding Excellence in Leadership and Motivation.</br></br>

Ms. Emmott generously uses her talents to help those in need by providing marketing and sales assistance for charitable organizations looking to improve the lives of children and families in her local community. She also volunteers for multiple animal rescue groups and has fostered and successfully placed over 360 homeless dogs in loving homes.

Recently, Mr. Sherga served as the first-ever Circular Economy program director for INEOS/BP between January 2019 and April 2021. Key advisor on a sustainable strategy team for a large wealth fund with large chemical firms as part of their portfolio between June 2021 and December 2022.</br></br>

In this role, he was part of the leadership team developing a large chemical recycling project for PET polymers back to basic feedstocks. His primary task was developing large-scale, sustainable raw material sources for the plants. Mr. Sherga convinced BP leaders to scale up from a small pilot project to a billion-dollar global rollout named Infinia. He was also tasked with exploring other areas within BP that were seeking guidance on Circular solutions; retail, Castrol Oil, Wind/Solar, and Carbon offset group.

As Vice President of IT at Cyclyx, Mr. Klingler leads the company's Digital Technology organization and is responsible for the successful operation of the company's technology infrastructure and supporting applications. John's organization focuses on securely developing and running applications to enable Cyclyx's business processes and outcomes as the company focuses on increasing the recycling rate and recyclability of plastic waste.</br></br>

With two decades of experience delivering advanced information technology solutions for high-tech and aerospace manufacturing, John’s expertise is evident in his previous roles. Before joining Cyclyx, he led as the VP of IT for SolAero—a RocketLab company— and served for 15 years at General Electric where he oversaw technology strategies and initiatives. Prior to making a career change to IT, he devoted a few years to financial accounting.</br></br>

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Franklin University, and a secondary degree in Financial Management from Zane State University.

Mr. Gentilucci is the Vice President of Project Engineering for Cyclyx. He brings four decades of experience in project management, development, engineering, project controls and construction, and technical services support within major industries.</br></br>

Mr. Gentilucci joined Cyclyx from the former Koch Project Solutions organization, where he was the Senior Project Director who oversaw project scoping and development activities. Before that, he held various positions with Mobil Oil, Hess Oil Virgin Island Corp./HOVENSA, INVISTA, and Buckeye Partners.</br></br>

Mr. Gentilucci holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with honors from Lafayette College, a liberal arts and engineering college in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Edwards is Vice President, Government and Military Affairs with Cyclyx. He is a retired Air Force General Officer who brings 30 years of military and global leadership experience to the team.</br></br>

General Edwards has extensive U.S. Congressional experience, having served as the Chief of Congressional Affairs for the Air Force and Congressional Fellow to a U.S. Congressman. He was the Senior Vice President for Military and Community Development at a chamber of commerce, where he was responsible for developing public-private partnerships between the military and local communities. He led a collaboration and innovation hub that facilitated the transfer of ideas, technology, and innovation between the public and private sector, academia, and the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force. He has experience in the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) sector, forging partnerships between the military and local, state, and federal agencies and businesses.</br></br>

Mr. Edwards earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina A&T State University. He also holds two Masters of Science degrees in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and in National Security Studies from Air University. He has completed coursework at Georgetown University, The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and The John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Mr. Tebbetts is the Vice President of the Project Management Office (PMO) for Cyclyx. He brings 15+ years of waste industry experience in project management, construction, commissioning/operations, environmental compliance, portfolio management, and advanced metals recycling.</br></br>

Mr. Tebbetts joins us from WIN Waste Innovations, which is a vertically integrated waste company with Waste-to-Energy, landfill, and hauling assets. His initial experience began with managing large capital projects at the operating facilities and then transitioned to overseeing the company’s strategic projects portfolio as the Director of PMO.</br></br>

Mr. Tebbetts is a Professional Engineer in NH and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Northeastern University.

Robert Dishman is the Vice President of Post-Consumer Programs at Cyclyx. With an environmental services career spanning over 25 years, Mr. Dishman has led organizations to great success through collection, processing, plastic manufacturing, recycling, and environmental services. His diverse experience equips him with the skills to help companies and municipalities solve strategic and operational challenges, align and achieve their organizational targets to compete in the circular economy, and attain environmental goals with confidence.</br></br>

Prior to Cyclyx, Mr. Dishman held various senior leadership roles centered around post-consumer plastic, plastic parts, and machine manufacturing. During his tenure at WM, he created collection programs for municipalities and global brands, including PepsiCo., DuPont, General Mills, Live Nation, and many collegiate and professional sporting events and venues.</br></br>

Through his collaboration with these global brands, he co-founded The HealthCare Plastics Recycling and Carton Councils. He also led other sustainability initiatives to increase household accessibility to recycling and reduce plastic in the environment.</br></br>

Mr. Dishman has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Kaplan University and completed senior leadership development programs at Gonzaga and Harvard Universities.

Mrs. Henderson is the Vice President of Human Resources at Cyclyx. With over 30 years of experience in human resources (HR), she brings a wealth of expertise in organizational design and employee development across a variety of industries.</br></br>

Before joining Cyclyx, Mrs. Henderson worked with the Agilyx HR team, where she played a key role in hiring, payroll conversion, and special projects. Her passion lies in finding the right people who align with an organization's values to create functional teams that prioritize achieving their goals while maintaining a strong culture. Additionally, she has held multiple management roles in human resources and operations, further enriching her professional background and honing her leadership skills.</br></br>

Mrs. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY.

Dan Constant is the Senior Director of Business Development & Member Engagement. Dan brings 25+ years of experience in recycling and the circular economy in post-industrial and post-consumer markets. Over the last ten years, Dan has focused on the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, providing education and waste-diversion alignment within the recycling sector.</br></br>

Before Cyclyx, Dan held managerial and procurement positions with logistics, processing, extrusion, and molding companies that provided landfill-diversion waste solutions and circular opportunities.</br></br>

In 2015, Dan started The BlueCON company, which focused on creating healthcare products from operating room waste. His creation of BlueCON resin offered a 100% post-consumer resin that could be transformed into rigid patient products, fabric for healthcare apparel, and surgical products.</br></br>

Dan’s extensive work experience and knowledge bring a wealth of opportunities to Cyclyx and its Consortium.

Ms. Swigert is the Director of Supply Chain Management at Cyclyx. She leads the company's procurement, logistics, operations, and customer service activities. She has over 25 years of experience building teams and infrastructure to support organizational excellence effectively.</br></br>

Under Ms. Swigert's leadership, her team moves Cyclyx products through the entire value chain. Their efforts ensure customer satisfaction and support our goal of increasing the recyclability of plastic waste.</br></br>

Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts in Production and Inventory Management from Lawrence Technological University and an Associate of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Paula also holds supply chain management (CPIM) and project management (PMP) certifications.
